TSS is Open!

If you have an account, login here.

The TSS is a communication tool that provides a snapshot of a child’s readiness for kindergarten at the end of preschool. Teachers complete the TSS for transitioning children in their preschool classrooms to support the students, their families, and their future school leaders in a successful kindergarten transition.

A child’s education is more likely to end well if it starts well. A high-quality education starts with you. The TSS is part of a county-wide strategy to increase kindergarten readiness, and you can help move the needle. We value your participation!

    YOUR ROLE
Remember, early childhood professionals, are part of the big picture – preparing the next generation for a promising future. Your honest, evaluative feedback on children’s development in your classroom contributes to better educational outcomes in the elementary years and beyond.

“Our families really love getting the Transition Skills Summary for their child. We feel this information is so important not only for the families, but also to us as teachers so we can know how we can best help, prepare and support each and every student.” – Kelly Mast, Director of Kids at Heart Child Care Center
